We come to a new topic in the scientific lecture series of the SZTE EHÖK Universe: Longevity toolbox - what tools are available for long and good quality life?
In the subject Godáné Reisinger Karolina, the invited lecturer of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Social Education of the University of Szeged, will give a lecture.
The presentation explores the tools of the currently emerging Longevity approach. What tests, methods, and diets are available to bring us closer to the promise of a longer life? We will explore the potential and limitations of microbiom tests, metabolism, various blood tests, and together we will find out where the limit lies between the necessary and useful screening tests and unnecessary anxiety interventions.
